Meditation introduces new prospects in the life of humans and means to its existence of the consciousness of the universe or the consciousness of the universe, which we receive every object of the universe, which we need and who is suitable for us.

ADVANTAGES OF MEDITATION.

Meditation organizes our personality, meditation makes us receptive.   1. Agreed if meditation motive is only one just wondering so many types of meditation human created. Different people interested in different meditation perhaps its choice for their physical to choose and fit meditation that work best for them.
